Dear MasterCraft Dealers,
Congratulations to us all! I just came out of a meeting at the Miami Boat Show this morning where JD Power announced that MasterCraft is the 2008 Co-Winner for the Towboat Category. We certainly would have preferred to win the award outright, but we do feel good about the fact that MasterCraft was the only inboard company to show satisfaction improvement. Our score puts us at the very highest levels of the entire marine industry.
Additionally, we were just awarded the “Top Marine Manufacturer’s Website” by NMMA and Boats.Com. Congratulations to David Kirkland, Phil Walker and the rest of the I.T. and Marketing staff for this well deserved recognition.
I deeply appreciate your hard work and efforts to help put us all on top. Please enjoy this good news with your families, your staff and your customers.

I’ve been at the Texas Ski Ranch going on four years now. Before that I spent 18 years in the communications field & only thought of extreme sports as a hobby. I am the Parts Mngr. at TSR Mastercraft & can”t imagine a better place to work & play. I am also a motocross enthusiast & probably spend more time in the dirt than water. Since my wife Renea & I live on Canyon Lake it just made sense to join a world class team & environment at T.S.R.. LIVING THE DREAM BABY!

I have been in the waterski and wakeboard industry for over 16 years now and have enjoyed being involved with TSR from day one. I enjoyed wakeboarding for years until several knee injuries caused me to ride recreationally. I currently live in the Austin area, I’m married and have a 1 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. I'm now the buyer for waterski and wakeboard dept. in all aspects. Our beautiful shop is large 8000 sq feet that is located on the premises. The
Boardshop @ TSR specializes in all action boards sports with the best
selection in Central Texas. I also help with all events and involved
with the Coconutz Bar and Grill located @ TSR also.

I’ve been with the Texas Ski Ranch since we opened, as a boat sales person, handling financing and a little bit of what ever else comes up. I’ve lived with my husband and 2 kids in the McQueeney area for over 20 years. I became a MasterCraft owner when my kids got involved with Ski Bees water ski team about 10 years ago, and have loved the boats ever since. So when I was given the opportunity to join the TSR team, I didn’t think twice and have enjoyed the last 7 years here, helping it grow into the great place it is.

| Steve Present, I have been involved in the Water Sports Industry for 29 years now. It almost seems scary to me when I think about how many boat shows or trade shows I have been to. I still enjoy all aspects of the Industry as well as making tons of great friends over the years. I currently live in Austin with my awesome wife and two boys. I spent year’s three event skiing, tournament driving and judging prior to getting involved with the wakeboard industry. I still love staying active on the water as well as mountain biking, road biking and pit bike riding. I am a former professional Bass Fishing guide and tournament angler with over 20 years of on the water experience in both freshwater and saltwater. I have completed a USCG training program and have achieved a Master 100 Ton Captains license. I was a factory representative and demo driver for a well known ski boat manufacturer for several years. I enjoy Wakeboarding and Waterskiing, but my true love is driving the boat. I have three wonderful children who all enjoy watersports and the outdoors in general. I am a native South Central Texan and currently reside in downtown New Braunfels, Tx with my beautiful fiance' Ashley. I have been a student of this industry for many years and I am thrilled to
represent MasterCraft and the Texas Ski Ranch.

MasterCraft Named Manufacturer of the Year

East Tennessee APICS announced last week that MasterCraft Boat Company is the East Tennessee APICS Manufacturer of the Year for 2007.
MasterCraft's "lean manufacturing" implementation is the best in the region and provides superior product quality and customer service to their dealers, according to a release the company distributed. Mastercraft says it is holding the region to a higher standard in manufacturing excellence.
“We are delighted to receive this kind of recognition,” said John Fausch, MasterCraft’s Vice President of Operations. “MasterCraft has aggressively implemented lean manufacturing principles and processes throughout all of its manufacturing operations. This is our key to success in delivering our customer the highest-quality, premium boats in a very competitive market.”
Richie Anderson, MasterCraft’s Senior Manufacturing Manager is quoted as saying, “This award and level of achievement is a credit to the factory employees. Our employees are all about continuous improvement in the manufacturing process and they have adopted a culture that sustains best-in-class manufacturing and operational excellence.” Anderson stated further, “We are proud of this recognition as it reflects a shared commitment in building the best boats in the marine industry.”
Awards will be given at the Feb. 25th, 2008 professional development meeting in Knoxville, Tennessee.
