"Greetings from Australia The service and communication by TSR during our purchase of a used 2011 Pro Star 197 was exceptional. Buying and then arranging the transport of a boat from the other side of the world does present a degree of anxiety. However, the Team at TSR, in particular Rebecca and Josh, were fantastic and met our every need including specific requests to prepare the boat for transport to Australia. Their customer service focus was excellent and the preparation of the boat for the trip across the Pacific was first class for which we are very appreciative. We are very proud to have the Texas Ski Ranch decals on our boat and it has raised many ramp discussions (we think our boat is the only one from TSR in Australia). It has been a pleasure to promote the positive experience we had in acquiring our new ski boat. Thanks again for your support and assistance. "
